11/22/63 by Stephen King

This is my favorite book of all time. King wrote an absolute masterpiece. Jake Epping, an English teacher, ends up going back in time to stop the assassination of JFK but of course with King that's not all this story is! I finished it so quickly even though it is a behemoth at nearly 850 pages.
The Berry Pickers by Amanda Peters

A young girl goes missing while her family is picking blueberries in Maine for the summer. Norma is an only child from an affluent family but has never quite fit in. How do their two stories end up intertwining? This literary fiction novel is so well written and a sweeping tale about how one incident affected two families very differently!
The Rom-Commers by Katherine Center

I have enjoyed many books by Katherine Center but this may have been one of my favorites. A young screenwriter goes and works with a famous screenwriter to write his disaster of a romance screenplay. Can she convince him that rom-coms are not stupid? This was very clever dialogue and a good grumpy/sunshine trope.
